Yes. After planning your event, we will collect 50% of your invoice total as a non-refundable deposit to secure your event. You will receive a second invoice one week prior to your event to pay the remaining total. If you choose to have an initial in-person consultation, there is a non-refundable $50 fee that will be applied to your total amount.

Your initial consultation will consist of an in person visit to the location of your event to discuss all party formats and details.

We accept Zelle, Venmo or Paypal.

How many hours does it take to design an event?

How many hours does it take to design an event?

On average it takes about 2-3 hours from start to finish. That is inclusive of 2-3 initial designs and a final design with any ideas and edits you make.

At this moment, I will be limiting day of coordination events to two a month, unless there are outstanding circumstances discussed prior.

I sure hope you never have to cancel, but I understand life happens! Should you voluntarily cancel, if you do it within 60 days of your event you
are entitled to a full refund. Should you voluntarily cancel within 30 days or less before the beginning of your event, you will be required to cover
the cost of any materials already purchased.
